Dr. Brian T. Jones, D.M.D
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Brian returned to his hometown of Greenville to practice dentistry in 2008. After practicing locally for several years, he had a vision for a new space that would allow his team to meet the needs of patients even better. In 2015 he custom designed and opened a new office for Upstate Pediatric Dentistry in Verdae, complete with floor-to-ceiling murals with a Greenville theme and a wide-open bay where kids can have fun and feel relaxed.

Since he was a college student at Winthrop University, Dr. Brian has known that he has wanted to practice children’s dentistry. At Winthrop, Dr. Brian received his B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. In dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina, he received the Pre-doctoral Student Award for Outstanding Promise in the Field of Pediatric Dentistry and served on the Board of Trustees for the American Student Dental Association as the elected representative for five southeastern dental schools. Later he returned to MUSC for a two-year specialization program in pediatric dentistry, during which Dr. Brian received advanced training in providing comprehensive dental care for infants, children, teenagers, and children with special needs. His residency training also included growth and development, conscious sedation, and hospital dentistry.

Dr. Brian is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a member of the ADA (American Dental Association), AAPD (American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry), SSPD (Southeast Society of Pediatric Dentistry), SCDA (South Carolina Dental Association), SCSPD (South Carolina Society of Pediatric Dentistry) and the Greenville County Dental Society. He has served as a volunteer Adjunct Faculty Member at MUSC teaching fourth-year dental students the best techniques for treating pediatric patients. Dr. Brian has also enjoyed providing dental care in impoverished communities on trips to Haiti, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic.

Dr. Brian's training in child psychology and experience working exclusively with children enables him to determine the best approach to caring for each patient. He believes the dentist’s office can be a fun place to visit and hopes that every child leaves looking forward to his or her next appointment. He understands that parents play an integral role in their children’s health and always invites them to be present during any procedure.

Dr. Brian lives in Greenville with his wife, three daughters, and son—all born within four years. He enjoys being outdoors, trying new restaurants, and (closely) following Clemson football. He’s still trying to teach any one of his four children to throw a ball or ride a bike.

Dr. Neena Bhole, D.M.D.
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Neena grew up in Georgia and attended UGA to earn a B.S. in biology and a minor in Spanish. In 2011 she graduated from the Medical College of Georgia (School of Dentistry) with her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

Even before dental school, Dr. Neena knew she wanted to specialize in pediatrics. After graduating from dental school she headed to Chicago for her specialty training in pediatric dentistry. In her residency program at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), she received training in providing dental care for infants, children and adolescents. The program focused on all aspects of pediatric dentistry including growth and development, behavior management in a dental setting, dental trauma management, treatment of children under different levels of sedation, and comprehensive dental care of children with special health care needs. At UIC, she also received her MS in Oral Sciences.

After graduating from the residency program in 2013, she went on to live and work in Chicago for 6 more years. In 2019, Dr. Neena and her family made the decision to move to Greenville and she started working at Upstate Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Neena loves how pediatric dentistry allows her to get to know her patients and their families by seeing them regularly over the years. She enjoys working with children from different backgrounds and learning about the things that make them feel comfortable in a dental setting.

Dr. Neena is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Southeast Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and South Carolina Society of Pediatric Dentistry

Outside of work, Dr. Neena enjoys spending time with her husband, their two kids, and their sweet dog!
